Key highlights of the position:

Office location – Gurgaon/Delhi.
The incumbent should have:

·         Any graduate with reasonably good education record
·         Background in BPO industry would be an added advantage.
·         0 to 12 Months of experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
·         Strong Analytical Skills
· &n! bsp;       Good communication skills, and command over spoken/ written English.
·         Typing speed of at least 25-30 Word/Minute with 95%+ accuracy.
·         Self motivated and willingness to work in shift in a 24X7 environment.
