Handling a team of Advisors involving their recruitment and business generation.
Graduates, good communication & networking skills.
At least 1.5 yrs Work exp. in Sales and Team handling.
Age :24-38 yrs
Reporting :Branch Manager

*SM-DSF (Alternate Channel)
Salary: 4.35 lacs + incentives
AGE : 25-40
Elligibility: Minimum 2.5 yrs exp. in Sales.
The candidate should have handled a sound & active team.
TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE A MUST.
*Must have generated at least 50 lacs business(collected) in Life Insurance Sector
Profile:  The Candidate shall be responsible to generate Life Insurance business through a Team of Financial Advisors* (FA's) and Financial Executives (FE's).
The *FA's & *FE's shall be on the Co. rolls at a salary of 1.98 lacs and 1.62 lacs respectively.
These *FA's & *FE's shall be recruited by the Company itself.
