CTC-1.75 Lakhs + 30,000 reimbursement + incentives
         1.50 Lakhs + 30,000 reimbursements + incentives
         1.25 Lakhs + 30000 reimbursements incentives

The salary offered will depend on the experience & the last drawn salary.
Growth Path- On achievement of Goal sheet guaranteed promotion in 9 months.CTC would get doubled.

Job Responsibilities:
*Taking responsibility of the assigned geographical area fulfilling leads of the area &
Prospecting new business from the assigned areas for Insurance sales.
50%-60% of the leads will be given. Rest will be self sourcing & reference selling.
* Market Analyses: Involved in market address analysis in order to promote various product campaigns
* Giving corporate presentations and conduct various work site activities to generate business
* Organize various Promotional, direct marketing events to generate more prospects and create more brand awareness
*Establishing & strengthening relationship with customer & gaining  references from them.
*Converting the value proposition in the minds of consumer into an actual sale.
*Analyzing customer profile buying behavior & use those inputs to customize the
Product best suited for them.
*Following up on the high net-worth leads given by the company.
*Closing sale & following up on the issuance of policy.
